MTS is sending reminders for the payments which is done from my end. The connection was closed on Sep 2012 and now in 2016 they are sending SMS for payments when inquired they do not respond properly but in turn send sms stating that Lok adalat case is pending.
Customer care personnel calls and if i say that no dues are pending, they ask for proffs and when submitted they don't even reply and they send notice over email which will land in spam box. Can any one suggest how to deal with this 3rd rated MTS people. Was this information helpful? |
