Mts — Speed issue of MTS: never provide 9.8Mbps , its up to 1mbps

This is direct fraud by MTS in indian market, please stop this. MTS is advertising that they provide 9.8Mbps but they actually could only provide 1mbps. Once they get money from customer and their customer service is very poor and if they ask for speed issue, each time they give us a complaint numbers and which will be closed without solving it.
