sir iam sreedhar shenoy, and no. is [protected], suddenly iam unable to make or receive call through this no. when tried it shows as call lost . when contacted mts outlet they say my sim has been damaged and asked to get new sim, but unfortunately the sim is not in my name .mts outlet staff behave rudly and denied to help by saying this sim is not in my name. i had been using your the no since 9 years at the time of purchase of sim i had submitted req. doc but i got the sim in others name, which i came to know after 5 yrs since then i had been asking and told to submit the document for change of name but went in vain. AS iam in profession, iam finding difficult in interacting with my customers and clients .
my request is if not able to activate my present sim issue me the new with same no. or change the name of the sim in my name or let me know what i can do to solve the above problems . or provide the sim with same no for few days so that i can convey regarding the change of telephone no. pls do some thing understand the problems .
