Mts — Terrible Internet and Customer service

Believe this is my 6th or 7th complaint. My first complaint raised April 16th regarding internet speed. As per MTS am using 3g plan but actually in real time getting 5-10 kb/s. Getting tired raising too many complaints but still no response. Monthly bill they can able to generate properly at rite time but can't fix the issue with in a week. Worst customer service never had this kind of service with any vendor. My written complaint am not going to pay my coming month bill because have not paying for 2g internet. paying 1200 Rs and using 10kb/s seriously terrible. MTS backend team never make call between morning 9-10 AM or 6- 8:30 PM.. They can give you call only on my working hours and ask me to connect the internet. Never understand customer situation.
