HI Team,
I have taken the MTS device on Saturday 19th July 2014 and still it is not activated. Every time I call the customer care, they come up with the same statement, that we will get the confirmation call within 24 hours. But still it is not activated and recently came to know that the documents are not submitted.
This was not expected from you people. If this cannot be resolved, please let me know the procedure to cancel my device and connection. I need my complete amount back.
