Hi, MTS persons are threatning me to forward case file to court regarding non payment of MTS Data Card. Conversation with MTS begin here- The bill outstanding of 2128 rs. was pending. On 10th July, They first call me to pay the outstanding of 1400 rs., remaining they will give waiver to me. The person told me to pay the 1490 on same day. Then I called helpline number. she asked me to pay the 1490 within today, only then they would give waiver to me. I asked her to send a mail regarding this so that I can have this in written. She did so and I paid the 1490 immediately on 10th July. Still my connection was inactive. They activated my MTS account next day on 11th July and for only two days It was active. It got again deactivated after two days on 13th July. I asked call center for the reason. They told that they would give waiver only in case if you want to continue with your connection. I asked him that this thing was not told by them neither in mail nor in voice call. I mailed 3 or 4 times to them. Still there was no response from them. On July 14, they mailed that it would be full and final waiver and asked me to confirm if I want to continue with MTS or deactivate. I accepted the waiver on july 16 and asked them to deactivate my MTS services. They reverted on july 17 that they would revert in 22 hours. I didn't get any revert after 22 hours. I got a mail on july 20 that they Would share the full n final bill on next month and asked me to pay the same. I reverted on 23 july that I will not pay any bill as I already accepted the offer of full and final waiver. Then they reverted on 24 july that they would give update on this within 48 hours. And finally after their 48 hours, I got revert after complete 1 month on August 24 that waiver of 755 rs. has been credited to your account. Then after two days I was checking my MTS account if it is deacivated or active. I found it was temporarily deactive and outstanding was 0. After sometime I found My account Status as Active. I immediately wrote a mail to MTS regarding this. They reverted me on this mail on same day on 28th August that it would take max 7 days to deactivate services. In meantime if any Usage, the bill o[censored]sage would be shared with you. I said they how they can activate my temporarily deactivated account without asking me. Then they mailed me on september 6 that they have temporarily deactivated my MTS services from 4 september. Now, before 3 days, I received a call from MTS and I told this all happenings, and she ensure me to do adjustments in bill. But still, I am recieving these threatening calls. Please do the needful.
