Mts — Unnecessary balance deduction.

Sir I'm using MTS no. [protected] from last 4-5 years; didn't face any problem till some days back.. From few last month I'm in Delhi i. e. Roaming & I'm using my phone very little just to know who's is calling & if any important msg.. In last month they have deducted whatever balance I recharge with.. When i came to know that it happened customers executive denies it promptly.. But 2 days back they have again deducted Rs. 50in small denominations like Rs 5, then Rs 10 likewise. When I called customers care they accepted & assured that it'll get credited in my account within 2 days & no vas will be activated & no unnecessry deduction.. . in spite of this my balance is getting deducted every now & then..
