Mts — Unnecessary Reduce Balance from My cell number [protected]

From last two months i am suffering from MTS Company for unnecessary balance reduce my Balance from my Mobile number which is mention above. I put my complain so many times but MTS representative can't solve my problems. MTS representative just saying to me that You are activate Night Pack, Beauty Pack, Info Pack and whatever, but this pack is not activated by me.
