Sub: Complaining against the absurd vanishing of my prepaid a/c of MTS connection no: [protected]
Respected Sir/Madam,
This to bring to your kind notice that I had been using MTS connection since one year. Last month I recharged it with ₹ 248/- and it vanished with 15 to 20 minutes of Internet Face Book usage without any downloading or video chatting. Again this month the same incident happened but this time the usage was only reading and cancelling my e-mails. I was shocked to talk with the customer care as the blamed me all the facts which I had not done at all.
This to bring into your notice again that my connection is prepaid and I had no intention to change it into postpaid. I was very satisfied with MTS service but this unwanted vanishing goes on it would be impossible to use this connection any further.
