Mts — Very low speed and customer care is harassing me.

My mobile number is [protected] and I am using MTS Mblaze for the past 1 year, and speed has always been slow.I thought it would get better, but it never does.MTS promises 3.1mbps speed in mblaze, but in reality it doesn't even give me 1mbps speed.I did rs 999 recharge and i haven't even used 2gb, and my speed never goes above 300kbps, it takes ages to open facebook, twitter and i can't even watch youtube videos properly.I even called customer care so many times but they are so rude and whenever i call them they say "please contact other customer care number, thank you" and after that they cut the phone and their tone is quite rude.I will not just complaint online, i will go to my city court and complaint there.My mobile number is [protected].
