MTS gave me a device promising me the speed of 9 mbps but the speed which I got was only 0.2 mbps can you believe it. The device frequently disconnecting in direct usb connection and also via wifi. They are simply looting the consumers on fake promises. I also complained four time on speed & frequent disconnecting, but all the time request was closed without resolution and arguments they made was that I was not reachable or the device was not reachable. None of the technician guys came to my house even after multiple calls.. From the [protected] this number i got the data card, when i called up for problem after the purchase of 5 days, he simply telling i am not owner to replace the device. Please don't buy in chennai nerkundram area.
Please don't support team and devices are worst.
