Hello Team,
Its been very frustrating to follow up with MTS care. i purchased wi-fi dongle of MTS no: [protected]. From first day we don't have a good speed experience with it, now we purchased the laptop, when i connect it to the laptop it is not configured in it and i am not able to connect the Internet normally apart from WiFi.
I made a complaint for this three times in Customer care, but all time they close the complaint with the remark ""Customer is not responding so we are closing the issue"", however i have not received any calls from their side for the resolution.
Kindly suggest the way of action as its frustrating a lot.
