[Resolved]  Mts — without any resolution Close the complain(postpaid 3G Plus data card)

Company MST sale a network connection with wifi 999 and on box company have been mentioned this will support XP SP2/SP3 (other operating system). When I purchase the connection we had discussion on it with Dealer too. After activation the pospaid connections when i am trying to use it, facing some issue and Complaint to customer care no. DEC/52606. Now they are saying it's not supporting to XP SP2/SP3 you have to upgrade your system. I asked customer care then why they have mentioned on 3G Plus pack also if it's not supported. They are saying you have to upgrade your system; even they have not verified the issue at customer end and closed it without any intimation. Thanks Rajat Tyagi

I am not getting any response from MTS team till now.
I also locked a call FEB/4552, but no one is responding too.
Plz disconnect my services and I am going to use it.

is this the right way distribute the package 5GB day /night?
I am sending lot of email and called to customer care so many times. But I didn't get any positive response.

Data card worse service ever

Its service, its connectivity, worse internet speed & when you complaint to their customer care no. they makes false promise & give wrong information.
MTS data card service should barred in INDIA.
