Mts — Worst customer care service & no connectivity

I bought the doongle Jan 31st, 2015 for Rs.1200 + Rs.100 as installation charge.Got activated on Feb 3rd, 2015.. Intially before buying the doongle we called MTS customer service for demo. Immediate next day a sales person from nearby MTS showroom contacted us & told that they aren't having option like providing demo & the signal strength will be very good in my area(shollinganallur, chennai). ANd also they told if the signal strength is week they can register a complaint in MTS customer care & they will come & get back within one week time & they will return back the doongle money(Rs.1200). we took postpaid service scheme of Rs.799(exclusive of tax).Single strength is very very worst in my area.Literally disappointed. They cheated & wasted our time.. I raised this issue in customer care & asked them to get back the doongle & return the money. While buying the doongle & as well as when i registered the complaint(On Feb 11, 2015;complaint no.: FEB/4670) MTS service people told us about the doongle return policy & they assured they will return back the money... On Feb12, 2015 afternoon i received a call from MTS customer care for first time after i registered a complaint for return. But the customer service people responded very crucial, very worst behaviour & before resolving the issue she closed it, by giving the status as resolved & denied by saying as that we have used 1.7GB so that they can't take back doongle & return the money by giving the reason as that we have used 1.7GB. While buying or registering the complaint none told this kind of condition. I got suprised, While the signal strength itself is poor & no connectivity then how it will show the usage. On the same day (On Feb 11, 2015), my husband called the customer care atleast to resolve the signal/connectivity issue.. Again same kind of questions asking for too many times for making us irritate & customer service guy is asking us to buy wifi adapter for PC & test the doongle by connecting the PC thro' Wifi.. We are connecting the MTS doongle in USB port of our PC.. Customer service people are entertaining with us.. Again we registered a complaint (On Feb 12, 2015;complaint no.: FEB/5153), & they told that they will sent a technical person on Feb 13, 2015 by 5PM. But on Feb 13, 2015 by afternoon 12PM i received a call from customer service asking me to explain the issue... Mainly for our office purpose only we bought this doongle..Finally we lost our patience, money, time, etc.. I have Such a worst worst experience this MTS customer service & cheating people.. I never see such a service provider..I dont have words to scold or express my anger.. Please i beg you people don't go for this MTS at any point of time or else you will also face all this consequence.
