Mts — WORST DELIVERY, never go for MTS

i ordered a MTS BLAZE wifi dongle on 12th November 2014 and today is 27th Feb but till now no update on delivery, i lodged complaint so many times but every times executives said that in next 7-10 days you will receive your shipment. I havent seen this kind of worst service.
