my data card no is [protected].i recharged the datacard on 24 dec by paying rs 999 for 28 days.my card could not acces the net though it was showing the amount recharged .so i complained, mts customer care told me that the data card failed to accept the recharge due to some technical fault and they also told me after solving the technical issue that i again need to recharge in order to use net .when i again complained, they provided me with 10 gb . but they have not provided me my remaining 10 gb. when i again complained, they told me that your data balance is zero.when i checked on my card, my datacaed was showing that 10 gb are left.this worst company has not given me my remaining 10 gbs even after doing consistent complaints.the validity of my card will expire on 23 jan . i have complained numerous times and have asked them to give me the remaining data but of no use.please solve my issue.
