Mulyashop.com — company not responding to deliver my product , I already did online payment

I ordered lenovo A269i on 13th of October, on mulyashop.com, but till now they are not responding my call and mail, and also not update tha status of product, I already paid tha amount, I tried to make a call on company mob no - [protected] thaushand a day, but phone is not reachable, my order reference no is -KFNMSVWXP, plese guide me or help me what I suppose to do,
