Mumbai NasikExpressway Ltd — Gangsters on toll plaza at GHOTI abused me in filthy language

I MYSELF ADVOCATE SHARIF PATHAN from Sangamner, DIST- Ahmedngar . On 27/01/2015 i was travelling sangamner to Igatpury via Sinnar-Ghoti Road for marriage ceremony of my cousin through my maruti omni car with my family. When I reached at Ghoti toll plaza AT about 10:15 am, ..the employee at toll plaza asked me for Rs.100/- for single journey. AS I felt its to excessive amount to pay rs.200/- for just 5km. I tried to convince him that he has to give me return receipt for the same.but he refused. I then asked him to show written rules of your plaza for charching me this high amount for just changing me to ghoti to igatpuri which distance might not be more than 10 km.but he refused me for the same.. Then I told him i will not pay you unless u show me ur approved charges rules.. Suddenly 6 to 8 GUNDAS covered my vehicle.They started abusing me in a very filthy language.I asked them who are they and why they are abusing me.I asked them to show their identity but they denied and tried to assault on me. I asked them who is manager or supervisor on toll .. But no one come shown their identity.. i then demanded with them for COMPLAINT BOOK .. After hearing of my demand of complaint book the GUNDAS by abusing me tried to provoke me as i do some mistake and they will beat me.. but as ladies with me in my car and it was getting late me to attend marriage ceremony .. i escaped frm there by paying rs.100/- The receipt no.49607751/[protected]:25/03/T M I demanded to check cctv cameras of the same moment and take criminal action against them.and also against the toll authority who kept criminals on toll plaza for this type of vasuli..loot. forwarded to- Hon"ble Chief Minister Maharshtra NHRC.IN MSRDC P.I.GHOTI POLICE STATION
