Mumbai Police — Car transproted yet to be delivered

Dear Sir, I am pleased to introduce myself as T. Nagendran, working as a Deputy Controller of Accounts in the Department of Atomic Energy, presently in Bhabha Atomic Research Centre, Kalpakkam, Chennai. I have transported my TATA Indica car from Tarapur to Kalpakkam through M/s. Starline Packers and Movers, Juhi Pada, Juhi Nagar, Navi Mumbai (Mr. Shekawat, mobile no. [protected]/[protected] on 24.2.2015 vide L R no.020 till date the car has not been delivered to me. I have paid the full amount of Rs.13, 000/- then and there. According to him the car was sent through M/s. New Balaji Car Carrier, Navi Mumbai (Shri Sunil Sharma, [protected]) and it was unloaded in Bangalore. Mr. Sunil Sharma has loaded the car on the wagon of Mr. Suresh, [protected] and due to money dispute between these three I have been victimised. Since I handed over the car to Mr. Shekawat, I have been contacting him over phone and he is not giving any proper response and at the same he is blaming the other two. Now a day he is not even attending my call and most time keep the phone switched off. Sir, I since being a senior government officer can not go any type of violent against the issue except to seek your help. As I have utmost honour and respect for the Mumbai Police I do have a hope to get my problem settled. Kindly take necessary action against all these three persons as they intentionally troubled me because of their personal disputes. Thanking you Yours faithfully T. Nagendran
