Respected Sir, This is to inform you that I also cheated by Haji Iqbal Musa, owner of Muslim Tours & Travels, Ahmedabad. He had taken the original passports in Febrauary 2014. We had booked a tour o[censored]mrah. He had first promised to take them in 5th April 2014. Then after Every day he is extending the date of the tour. Since he has taken the money he is not answering our phone calls nor is he replying to our emails or letters. After several phone calls he answers the call and talks very rudely & abusive language. In 25 April 2014 we decided to cancel the tour as we wanted to go in April 2014. We told Haji Iqbal Musa to cancel the tour and requested him to return our money and passport. He is not returning our passport nor is he returning our money. Now whenever he receives our phone calls he is using very abusive language and threatening us of dire consequences. I would request you to kindly look into the matter and help us to retrieve our money and original passport from Haji Iqbal Musa. And take strict action on her.
