Team, I have applied for my Conocation certificate for april 1999 requested on 07 dec 2012, but still i not received . because of this I miss the opportunity to go abroad for official. I like to mention trice i have visited university, but of no use. Regarding staff, no one is there to take onus or help, they themsellves are not clear with their records, data and procedure. they just make us go round and round from one dept to other dept. Even i have retun a feedback letter withmy contact details, but of no use. Whenever we call them most of the time phone is engage with their personal calls, or contact person not available always i have to narrate the entire story to diffrent person. In this Computer age our own University is working in this way. Shamefull Regards Jayshree Reg
