Mumbai University — Mark sheet yet not received

My name is sakshi ghanshyam gupta. I completed my b.com from birla college, kalyan in 2014. I haven't yet received my final mark sheet nor my graduation certificate. I kept visiting the college with my father till march, 2015. Nobody took responsibility nor told me about the status. They kept calling me after one month. It's not possible to visit the college every month and keep sitting till their office time is over without any result.
I was later posted in delhi by my company. I still haven't received my mark sheet because of which i cannot pursue my masters nor apply for promotion. Please help me as it's more than 2 years else i will have to take legal action against the college.
I am attaching my 5th semesters marksheet.
