I have ordered a ray ban aviator:RB AVI from munafas.co.in on 05/10/2016 OID442815 after getting this product on 13/10/2016 i saw that this is totally different from the website. also it scratch and defective one. I want to refund my amount as soon as possible.

I place an order for MI 10400mah power bank with nokia mobile. When we received it the power bank not functioning. Kindly help.
