I ordered a combo pack of Samsung ph nd Samsung Bluetooth at rupees 999 .but when I open d pack of mobile it not looks like Samsung, it's copy mobile not original it's battery not working properly even phone get switch off automatically itself, no basic ring tones nd ring tones nd they don't share any refund policy with me what to do. I want to replace it, m completely not satisfied. Please my complete money has been wasted by me by shopping on munafa . Hai this is Ashok iam buying a mobile and Bluetooth so product looking like used mobile and Bluetooth is not working.mobile also china set that is not brand.so please return to my order.in web sit no option on return. please understand my problem.
