Hello sir This is harikshit sinha i have ordered a product from munafa.co.in of rs 1059 products are samsung duplicate mobile and samsung duplicate bluetooth i have ordered my product on 01/09/2016 I have received my product after some days and after receiving product it seems duplicate i wanted to return the product i tried many times to contact no given in invoice after trying so many times call connected to munafa they register my complaint and request no is 1234 and they said that they will response within 2-3 days but they did not.. To day(i.E. 20/09/2016) i am received my ordered ray ban sunglasses ( order no-oid387156) but after receiving i see that it is a fake product and it is already used, its price not more then 70 rupees.

The reture policy of the MUNAFA is very pathetik i have order the 3 chinos 3 shirt & Nike Lower & T shirt but size of the all the product were small now since 9 sep i follwing up with them but no is bother to reply & there toll free no is also not working.
