I bought a combo pack of one Samsung Bluetooth headset and Sony power bank for rs 740 and when delivered they were dead on arrival and now the company is not responding to my emails and their customer care number is not reachable. Therefore they have cheated me and that Bluetooth headset even didn't switch on once. They have written on there website that the products sold are 100% original but they are not and are duplicate copies of the original products. They delivered my product on 16 October and today is 18 October since then they have not replied to my emails. That's why I'm currently guilty for my mistake for trusting such company.
