Petitioner Through: Mr Sacchin Puri with Mr Dheeraj Gupta, Advocates. versus SOUTH DELHI MUNICIPAL CORPORATION ... Respondent Through: Ms R. Mohanty, dated 27.02.2015 that demolish the alleged illegal and unauthorized construction raised at property bearing no. 12/1, Pant Nagar, New Delhi. This is to bring in your kind knowledge about the again illegal construction going on said property 12/1, pant nagar, Jungpura on covered unauthorized area/space which is not part of his house. We should respect the Order pass by the Hon’ble High Court. Why again illegal construction going on government covered land. This is totally contempt of court. Because they are not following any rule/order passed by Hon’ble High Court at New Delhi. The said property is belong to MCD’s employee that is why no local police and MCD officer (Engineer) taking any action to stop all this construction. If you were not take any action that means there is no law of justice. All are the same. If it will not get stopped we will take this issue in media…. Kindly look into this matter.
