In our locality there are several pet dogs, but the owners of the pet dogs does not take care of them. One of them has cut my niece twice. I also made a complaint into the police headquarter. Action is still pending from their side. The dogs are shouting on every citizen of the society. I request you to look into the matter and take appropriate action as required.
