[Resolved] Municipal Corporation Of Delhi (Mcd) — Encroachment of public space

Dear sir/madam. I am amit sarna. I am a shop owner in maya puri industrial area. Phase 2. Shop no. Ws131. The shop owner in front of my shop has illegally and intentionaly encroached on public land covering a vast part of it. His shop no. is WS 109. Ashwani kumar and sons. It is also a potential threat as in case of fire or any other mishap fire tender or emergency sevices wont be able to enter our street since he has covered most of it as his is the first shop in our street. I request you to kindly take the required action to free that portion of public land from illegal encroahment. Thanking you. Your faithfully Amit sarna Ws131 mayapuri ph2. New delhi P.s.
