Dear Sir I am resident of B-3/ 285, sec-6, Rohini. The person in the ground floor has dared to install boring motor Water. He is the member of RWA and often threaten us. Because of his motor we face problems in water usage as the pressure of water supply decreases. He even hit stray dogs which is a crime. Request you to take strict and immediate action.
