Dear Sir, Good evening...Reference to the common wealth flats which has been allotted to the successful candidates at D-6 Vasant kunj, in DDA draw-2010, would mention that, till today there are very few owner left who are the 1st.allotee of the flats.After buying the flats from the 1st. owner the agents/investors are doing illegal construction in the area which is making the area shabby and unsafe.Illegal projection and balconies has been developed, stub columns are coming up on the existing beam making the area unsafe.As all o[censored]s know Delhi comes under zone-4 earth quake zone, these will collapse even due to lower magnitude of earth quake also, which would be hazardous for life.Kindly help us out by showing a coverage on the area, which may stop construction.As police, DDA and RWA are not taking any action we seek your help on the same.previously,

Updated by ashish kr. MCD should take a bold step on this subject.To inform most of these construction are happening on friday evening and closes by monday morning when, there is no staff available from DDA and MCD office to take the complain and take action.By monday morning all RCC work generally closes.Then slowly the brick work and plaster work proceeds.The local contractors are very smart on this.By giving some bribe to police or MCD lower level officials they gets another 7 days to work on the same construction site.Immediately after 7 days the construction completes and the occupant live there.By rule no demolition is allowed in habitable space.This way the illigal construction pop ups.Hope the concern officials would take action after reviewing this mail.
