[Resolved] Municipal Corporation Of Delhi (Mcd) — Misuse of residential property, unauthorized construction on DDA land and encroachment of public space.

With due respect i want to highlight an illegal construction and misuse of flat no. C-17, DDA Double Storey, Garhi, East of Kailash, New Delhi for commercial purpose by Mr. Raj Nandan Raut and his son's Mr. Suresh Raut and Mr Safal Raut. Mr. Raj Nandan Raut and his sons has caused substantial damage to DDA by raising unauthorized construction in the property. He has constructed a unlawful basement in flat without permission of the MCD. Moreso he has illegally extended the boundary walls by constructing a room on the backside of flat and has encroached the street space. Further they are keeping hazardous good over there which cause ingress and outgress of the general public and it's dangerous for the neighbourhood. I request you to please get this illegal construction demolished at the earliest and legal action should be taken against them. Thank You.

With due respect I want to highlight about misuse and commercial activities on stilt area, Ground, First, Second Floor (middle portion front side) and Fourth Floor on Property No. 28, Gautam Nagar, New Delhi-110049 by Sh. Rajesh Dut Sharma R/o V-7, Green Park Extension, New Delhi-110016 . He has also constructed the rooms on the stilt as well as the Fourth Floor on the said property. Further he is keeping hazardous good over there which cause ingress and outgress of the other owners of the building and it's dangerous for the other owners and neighbourhood. I request you to please stop and take legal action on misuse and commercial activities at the earliest and legal action should be taken against them. Thank You.

with due respect i want to highlight about misuse and commercial activities on resindential house on H-60, Sarita Vihar, New Delhi by Shri J.K.Chaudhary . He has rented out this premises to Mr Harsh to run his office in residential area. Mr Harsh has allocated this premises to some 10 odd people as a work station to do their business activities. its a complete nuisance for all the residents of H block Sarita Vihar.
I request you to please stop and take legal action on misuse and commercial activities at the earliest and legal action should be taken against them.
