Sir/Madam, I am a resident of pandav nagar with my address E-193/B pandav nagar street no.- 5 and new delhi-110091.For the past few weeks the dogs group are becoming stronger and stronger with their more population.Many cases about biting and barking on people are rapidly increasing.As you may also know that dogs carry a number of diseases and are very hungry so they are more terrorising than anyone.They not only terrorize but they also make garbage redistribute in the streets in search of food and their waste products.
