Sir one day . I go home from new Delhi railway station to Karol bagh . I saw their is many shops of plastic they cut plastic sheet on footpath and cover footpath with their machines . I saw a shop shiv sakti plastic near Sheela hole he also fit his machine on footpath and throught wast material on road . One day he fighting with a boy because when boy pass from his shop they cut plastic Sheet and sheet corner tough on her hand and they fight . I saw many case when I go home .
