We are the resident of bara thakur dwara, shahadara delhi 110032. This locality is registered with rwa. Now a days lot of stray dogs have appeared and made this area as their homes. Very oftenly thry are attacking scool going children and even visiters are not safe. Only yesterday they attacked an old lady
With great effort she could be saved. Will the concerned take a note of it and arrange to catch these dogs
