REMINDER Sub:-Disobey of LAW & ORDER of Complaint against Unauthorized / illegal Huge dangerous Construction at JC-6, Khirki Extension, Gupta Colony, Malviya Nagar, New Delhi-110017 also without getting NOC from MCD they are going to unauthorized construction. Respected Sir, I shakuntla already informed to Deputy Commissioner, MCD, Green Park, New Delhi & Commissioner, MCD, Minto Road, New Delhi on date[protected] complaint No. 767 above said Unauthorized / illegal Huge Dangerous Construction at JC-6, Khirki Extension, Gupta Colony, Malviya Nagar, New Delhi-110017. The Deputy Commissioner Office, Green Park forward this complaint to the Building Department on date[protected] and Building Department forwarded this complaint to the MR.KHEM SINGH (JUNIOR ENGINEER). I asked to the MR.KHEM SINGH (JUNIOR ENGINEER) above said complaint that what status about that. MR.KHEM SINGH (JUNIOR ENGINEER) said to me that concern building now sealed according to complaint. But sir when I inspected of that building, there Unauthorized / illegal construction is not stopped and running on openly. Sir I called again to MR.KHEM SINGH (JUNIOR ENGINEER) and told him about this Disobey of LAW & ORDER then he is reply me that you should call Police at 100 No. about this matter to stopped this Unauthorized / illegal construction. Sir please takes a forcefully action against of builder Mr. Rajesh and Mr.Rakesh (Both Brothers) and owner of this building is Mr. Naresh Gupta.
