At ecil x road main road ambedkar statue banners and flexs are wrapped right round the statue for the last four days ghmc is not bothered is permission taken or not for putting up such banners and flexs where traffic signal lights are not visible to commuters due to which accidents are prone and violating the traffic rules like signal jumping .
