Kalpana Singh and Dara Singh residing at 4/2 Ram Kamal Street Kidderpore Kolkata 700023 ward No. 76 are using illegal water line in his rented room and they do not care of their landlord and councilor . More than 15 to 20 years this is going on. How is it possible ? But this is very pathetic that other neighbors are facing difficulties to bring the water from long distance outside their room. Please investigate.
