Hi,

I have paid 9999 for 4n/5d package in november and trusting their words.
They told, we have to inform them before 21 days of travel for the hotel bookings. But from last 1 month their only one customer care number ([protected]) is continuously coming switched off and no replies to the mails as well... Company is total a fraud..
Their official url also seems to be not working www.Musafirtrip.Co.In..
Guys dont invest your hardworking money on such fraud companies.

You have made the payment of worth rs 9999 only to musafir trip regarding for wonderful holiday package

· the offer is available for a maximum of 2 adult persons & 2 kids below the age of 6 years.

· this package is valid for only india.

· the accommodation is subject to the voucher holder providing us with a choice of two separate destinations for a single date.

This offer only includes complimentary breakfast only. Other meals, transport such as rail/air fares, airport transfers and any kind of personal expenses which includes usage of extra bed, heater laundry, telephone and any other paid leisure facilities at the resort hotel are not included in this holiday voucher.
· should you choose to travel in the next month of sending the booking form, please note we would then be requiring minimum 21 days prior notice from the date of receipt of the booking form to process your booking.

· there is a black out period from the 20th of dec till the 7th of jan each year. Booking is subject to availability at all times and is extremely limited during public, bank and school holiday periods. Musafir trip. Reserves the right to ask for alternate dates and hotels, in case of no availability.

· this voucher is valid for 3 months from the date of purchase of this pack from musafir trip and entitles the bearer to avail the offer up to 12 months from the date of purchase which means the bearer of this voucher needs to submit their holiday booking request within 90 days from the date of purchase for any holiday that they want to take in 12 months from the date of purchase of the voucher. In the event of failure to send the booking form within the mentioned 90 days time frame, the voucher will be deemed as expired.

· bookings are subject to availability in case customer chooses to stay at a particular resort. However, we honour any of the two choices of destinations specified.

· once the letter of confirmation has been issued against a particular request, no changes thereafter will be entertained.

The vacation offer is non transferable, non negotiable, non redeemable against cash and can be used only once against original voucher.
Any person availing this promotional offer shall be considered explicitly agreeing to the complete terms and conditions of holiday package.
The offer does not include any other services or facilities not mentioned herein.
