Muthoot — False Commitment in the Scheme

My Self Amit Sanjay Joshi residing at Nagpur took a Scheme from Muthoot called Kanaka Vrishty Scheme for a period of 6 months from C.A.Road Branch where they Clearly told that by paying your 6th installment you will get a pendant of 4 gm Gold now they are refused to pay after paying my 6th installment as by the date of 5th July It's Birthday of my Wife and I want to Gift Her on that Occasion which I was told very first day to the executive at the time of entering into the Agreement was ok for them but now they all are reluctant and giving me false answer that you will receive it on next month which is misrepresentation and fraud type of work.
