my book offer — product received is different from the discription

I have ordered a sandisk 16GB memory card and SONY 2800mah power bank, Sony earphone. my order number is [protected] but I received it on 13.07.15. After paying COD when I Open the parcel I got express Micro SD only 8GB memory and Micromax power bank is not charging the phone and i-music earphone with damage . For Complaint when I call them the Call is dropped every time I try. The products were not those which I had ordered and not in working condition like, power bank is not Sony its not working, Memory card was of Samsung 8 GB instead of sandisk 16 GB, Earphones are not of Sony. Find the Attached images of Ordered product & Received product for the same. I would like to return all products and get refund of money in cash
