[Resolved]  My Limo Trading — Delivering wrong and used products to customers

Hi, I had ordered 1 Black Color Sony 10000 mAh Power Bank through your web site(ASKMEBAZAAR). Order number:AB2621434. The product has been dispatched / received by me today i.e. on 04.05.2015. But I am surprised and disapponted on opening the parcel. the power bank is not of sony but of chinese make xiaomi.com mi of some pink color. Though the bill also mention it as of Sony 10000 mAH Power Bank with Color Black. I have paid Rs. 679/- for the same and the bill mention the store name as My Limo Trading The add still exists on the web site with total price as 1999 and discount 66% showing black color The copy of the web add and the actual product is also enclosed for ready reference. I have also loadge my complaint with number QRC468476. Kindly refund my payment or preferable get the product replaced with the one actually ordered. Sanjay Gupta from Bangalore. Ph: [protected]. Same here. Same product. Same tacky Trader. Order ID AB 2838124. Just that I received a metal box supposed to look like Sony Power bank and jingles if shaken. Honestly!! And I have no hopes I will receive the refund. Its been 7 days and no pick up. Now they have given me a new complaint number for delay in pickup. Hahaa. Its all a big joke. Just refund my money. I will return this box to who ever comes for the pickup.
