My Mart — Insult and not providing right information

On 12 October I went to shop at Dwarka mor store. Mr.Ram was at the cash counter and he didn't provide the right information about the schemes and when the issue was created he was behaving very rude and insulted us. I have been going there since the opening of the store . My name is Vikas and my no. Is [protected]. So we left the store as no senior was present there at that time. When we reached there again after an hour to get the dress changed because of the small size the store manager there said that we were lairs and shouted, . I really appreciate all this because you are opening ways for other shop keepers. If this is how a very good old customer is retained I doubt how will the new customer be retained and yes we shopped for more than 3500₹ . Way to go. Their behaviour is that do whatever but we don't care
