[Resolved]  Mydala — Deducted Rs. 99 from my Vodafone number without my confirmation

Hi, On 12 September 2014 I was reading the NDTV news on my touch screen phone. On the top of the page there was an advertisement about some holiday package. While browsing the news on the page mistakenly the advertisement bar got touched and it deducted Rs. 99 from my phone without my confirmation. This is totally forced theft. I am not interested in such stupid plans and I want my money back.The voucher number I got for this fraud deal is [protected]. It is forced voucher that is provided after looting my money. You cannot deduct from someone account their money without the confirmation. It seems to me like that reading news also on the phone is a big sin for the middle class people. I want my money back as well as this company should be blacklisted. Thanks . Singh

Vodafone allowing third party to loot customers vodafone account money for nothing, and does not care about this issue which we say as bad service.
Its kind of online thief allowed by vodafone.
Rs 99 for nothing On 2-Nov-2014 for my mobile.
I already lose such as Rs 30, 40, 49, 99 for nothing.
Vodafone still allowing this kind of spammers charges.

Analysis:
We are keeping money in Vodafone account like bank account.
We download paid games and other genuine services, they deduct money from our vodafone balance, we are welcome on that, we pleasure to pay and know well about this charges.

But Online thief started earning money by running scam script while browsing, vodafone also allowing them to thief money.
Is it right?

Banks provides highest production, so they unable to loot money from any online bank transaction, Bank made many protection for customers.
But mobile phone service such as vodafone does not provide any protection for customers money, So, scammers started looting mobile users money while browsing.
Reason: They might be written automatic script which confirm onbehalf of customer (by script).


So please recover the money deducted by mydala and return money to affected customers.
They have deducted Rs 99 from my vodadone, Please return my money.

Please save customers from this kind o[censored]nkown charges from vodafone account.
Why are you allowing scammers to deduct money from your customer account without any confirmation.

We are highly affected.
If vodafone keep allowing this kind of wrongful charges for their customers then where we go and complaint, Please suggest.

I send email to vodafone customer care, I got reply saying that they can not return my money.
I again send email to vodafone customer care chennai on today, waiting for reply and my money back.

If vodafone is not caring their customers for mobile net browsing, then as of now I see only alternate for browsing is usb wifi dongle(mobile/computer)/usb dongle(computer)
