I m patient of airoli mydentist since 2 months. I just had root canal & dr dhanashree suggested me for ortho treatment. She brief me abt cost, duration, process, politics. I had already told them that i will pay money on 30th of every month that time she agreed. I have already paid 2 installment for braces. But they haven't start my treatment. My appointment on 16 july, they called me for treatment. When i entered in clinic, dr. Dhanashree asked me for july payment. So i told them i will pay on 30th. Still july month is not end. She simply refused for treatment & asked me for go back i[censored] can't pay. Simply saying that, "muje kya tere hi daat kharab ho jayenge". Is this the way to talk with the patient. Unprofessional & unethical behaviour and poor service. I want my 2 installment payment which i have paid. I dont want to continue with this cheap doctors. Was this information helpful? |
