[Resolved]  Myntra.com — Delayed delivery and consumer harassment

It was 11th September 2014 when i place an order of a pair of Nike black free 5 shoe, pepe jeans khaki shirt and a black wrangler shirt the total amount of the order was Rs.6195 and the promised date of delivery was 19th September. ORDER ID : 19764767 Although the first two days went normal but when even after 14th sept the tracking status has remained same i contacted the customer care they told me to wait for 2 days so they can forward my complaint to the logistics team, but there was no call from there side . After that i called them again on 17th then they again said that my complaint has been sent to the logistics team and they will get back to me on this by 19th (just how can they get back to me on the promised date .) Meanwhile i have sent numerous complaints to them through mail and all other means possible but they keep dodging my questions and shy away from giving any clear answers. (for those who don't know the meaning of shipment status it is tool on myntra's website which shows the progress of your shipment like when you place the order it shows the order has been placed then when the order is forwarded to the courier it displays that the order is shipped to 3rd party logistics and son on until the product is delivered) For example and as a proof i have submitted 2 pics :- As you will be able to see that the support representatives keep contradicting each other one says that there is no guarantee that my order will reach me before the promised date while other assures me of delivery before or on the promised date. But as today is 18th and my shipment status has still not changed when i check the courier's website (bluedart) they say that this doesn't exists I am now 100% sure that if they have not even shipped the product yet on 18th then how can they delivered the product by 19th . Apart from this i have spent more than 16hrs and 500 rupees taking to the customer care, writing mails and finding solution to the problem. Its my humble request to everyone reading this to please suggest me a way out of this problem moreover i would like to know the procedure of filing a case against them ( will i have to file it in the consumer forum or the district court). Although money is my prime concern but i even want to teach myntra a lesson. NOTE - even after all this trouble i wont tell anyone to stop using myntra it is a trusted site and i am an regular customer . its just that once things go wrong like in my case, these guys take a very long span to solve the problem ie around a month and that too when you consistently keep on reminding them which is very frustrating. ALL THAT SAID PLEASE HELP ME TO TEACH MYNTRA A LESSON THAT THEY WILL NEVER FORGET .
