[Resolved]  Myntra.com — Fake Nike Shoe from Myntra photo attached

Hi I have orderd Nike shoe on 29th Jul 2013 with order no. 18019872 which was delivered to Addres: A We have found out that the Nike shoe is fake and asked Myntra to have alook inti it by mailing them the show photos. In two days we got a message that the exchange product is created and shipped to Address: B If one has to exchange a product they need to be shipped at the same location. Myntra hs shipped the exchange product at location B.Exchange order no. 20066058 When I called Myntra they said that exchange is not available on Addres A. Then how come Myntra is able to ship the first product at all on Address A. First of all Myntra is shipping a fake product and later is not able to actually exchange it. All these actions prvoes that Myntra is fooling customers by shipping a fake product at first plce and then making it difficult for the cheated customer to replace it.
