MYNTRA.COM HAS POOR SOFTWARE AND OPERATIONS AND ACCOUNTING AS THEY DO NOT HAVE OLD ORDERS PLACED MY ME VISIBLE ON THEIR WEBSITE.. I RECEIVED A POOR RESPONSE FROM THE S AFTER 20 DYS OF FOLLOWING UP WITH MYNTRA THEY INITIALLY DID NOT AGREED BUT LTER RESPONDED AS BELOW: Hello Amit, I am very apologetic to learn that you are unable to view your order history. You should have been able to check it by the process suggested by my colleague. I believe it may happen due to technical issue hence I would request you to clear the browsing history and the cache memory as well as temporary files. Besides that, I would suggest you to use Google Chrome browser while using Myntra.com website as it is best supported. If the problem still sustains, I would request you to revert with the screen shots of the error. I hope my response resolves all your queries. I received my order today but the size was wrong. I decided to exchange but my order is not showing. I tried logging in a thousand of times still it is not showing.. Help needed ASAP
