[Resolved] Myntra.com — Not Giving my Money Back | |||
I have purchased garments from myntra. Some of the products I sent them back. They credited the amount in my myntra account. I emailed them for sending the money to my credit card back. They replied me that they have sent money on 22 SEP, 2014 in my credit card back. But I didn't get any payment yet. Earlier they required my credit card statement for checking whether I got or not, I sent them the same, but still they are not taking any prior action on my request. I have sent at least 10 emails and also telephoned them many times for asking the status. Every time they send the reply - "Our Finance team is already working on the issue to provide the relevant details on the transaction. Please allow us one more day, so that we can provide you an update at the earliest." My Question Reference is #[protected] Please look into this matter. Was this information helpful? | |||
