I got a call from ekart courier person regarding myntra order[protected] code:1300456 libas mustard yellow print kurta costing rs 569 on 07 july 2016. I gave him my card to cut money instead of my order he debited some mansi's order payment from my card costing rs 3149 order id[protected] it is not even my order and i have paid for this order and the courier man is delaying me from thursday that he will soon refund my money that he has by mistake debited some other's order payment from my card, kindly go through the attached account statement. I have raised a complaint to them on 11 july with all the details but i am not getting any revert regarding the refund of my order please try to get my money refunded, it has been 1 month and they have still not taken any action regarding it. I am very distressed kindly help me to get it sorted please.
